Turning 40 is no biggie. Looking it? ...different story. You have about TEN more years before you have to worry about that!

Hmmm - I have to count whenever I think about how old I am - for some reason age has never made an impression on me (except when I was waiting to get my drivers license). So, yes I did have to count when I saw your post - even number year / even number age - LOL I'm 46 this year - so I have a few on you. Now give me about 3 days - ask me again and I'll have to think about it again for a bit. *grin*

Jack has an impressive knowledge of history, politics, and Keanu Reeves. When it comes to pirates, Jack is waaay sexier than that pansy Dread Pirate Roberts. Oh, wait--I'm thinking of Jack Sparrow...

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the center cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
