Dissent is not disloyalty, nor is it immoral, nor idiotic, nor confused

by Jack Grant

For those who like to resurrect the spectre of the days leading to the Second World War, using emotionally-charged words such as “appeasement” and assuming they know and understand everything about both history and our current situation, I suggest watching and considering this:

The lessons learned by the founders are still valid, even in what some like to term a “post 9/11 world.”

Fundamentals do NOT change.

If they do, they are not truly fundamentals.

So, in what do YOU believe?

Accusation is not proof.

Suspicion is not justice.

The United States has survived greater threats, any failure is due to our succumbing to fears, not to the supposed strength of our enemies, nor to their tactics.

Our fears will destroy everything we are if we let them, and that destruction can only come from within.
