by Jack Grant…that not being charged with a crime does not mean that no crime was committed. It merely means the prosecutor feels he does not have enough evidence to get a conviction.
Those cheering the supposed exoneration of Karl Rove should keep that in mind, for they throw rocks at their political opponents using the same accusations of charges and crimes.

It just goes to show that politicians rarely have any scientific training. Otherwise they would have learned that “absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.”

Very well said. Rove has committed many crimes over the years, but is slick enough not to get caught.
