		<description>I certainly am not as well read as you, Jack - but I have seen nothing (beyond hyperbole) that causes me to think this deal was treated with anything less than due process and consideration.  The fluffing of egos and the rush to call foul (by both sides, which is fascinating to watch) appear to be complete grandstanding.  

If you find anything that causes concern in the consideration, it will be very interesting.</description>
