Weblog comment spam attack
by Jack GrantIn the past 24 hours Random Fate has been hit with over 1000 attempts at comment spam.
If I am slow in approving your comments after moderation, please take this into account.
I do not know if this is because of the 2005 Weblog Award Finalist status or some other reason, but sorting through the chaff to find the wheat of real comments is taking up some of my personal bandwidth.

I’m getting some of the same thing, not in those numbers. I think of it as a game of whack-a-mole.
