A cry of frustration

by Jack Grant

In the time since I’ve returned to the US and have had a (relatively) stable connection to the Internet, I’ve been trying to wrap my consciousness around a number of topics. Unfortunately, the issues associated with moving not only from one place to another but from one country to another have been taking up an amazing amount of my mental bandwidth, not to mention the simple time constraints (I do have to sleep sometimes!!!).

I want to write upon these issues, but I do not have the time to compose something that will do them justice.

I cannot even post brief comments upon many issues that I find important, much less try to put up the last photos I took in Europe before I departed.

Upheaval is rarely comfortable, but it often leads to changes that are very productive. I can only hope those in my life do lead down that path.

Since a gift-giving holiday is coming…

by Jack Grant

…here is a gift, a song I particulary enjoy, a “Sad Cowboy Song” from the Red Elvises album I Wanna See You Belly Dance.

Listen and enjoy, consider it a Christmas present, but please don’t “share” it. If you like the song, buy the CD.
