by Jack Grant…to those who kindly took the time to guest-post while I was in the process of moving back to the US from France. I’m now able to post again (stealing bandwidth in my temporary housing, there are two unsecured wireless networks I can access from my couch, with very high signal strength), so I should at the least note the great help that my guest-posters gave during my absence.
