That’s it!
by Jack GrantI finally realized what seemed so familiar about the OSM/Pajamas Media business plan.
It is the same as the Underpants Gnomes!
1. Collect underpants
2. ???
3. Profit!
The problem is that they are entering step 2 of the business plan, after collecting the underpants (and discarding the ones that didn’t make the cut), and they still haven’t found the person who knows what step 2 actually is.
I wonder if OSM has a catchy song like the Underpants Gnomes:
We go to work, work all day
search for underpants, hey
We won’t stop until we have underpants
Rum tum Rummy tum hay!
If they don’t, perhaps we should write one for them…

Jack,
It might interest you to know that Random Fate is listed on the OSM blogroll. Perhaps you’d care to ask them to remove it?

[...] Here’s a follow-up to a comment I made over at Random Fate. Sing to the tune of Monty Python’s “Lumberjack Song”: I’m in underpants and I’m okay, I sleep all night and I poot all day! [...]
