Truth is, though, shouldn't the media, those intrepid journalists and factseekers, be the ones providing background? Vetting the administration's claims that Abu Bib-binny was indeed the CFO of Al Qaeda, Mosul Branch? I see too many army information officer blurbs without any fact-checking. Hell, they could at least see if these guys were on a playing card once upona. Shouldn't be that hard.
