Something to think about!
by ronbeasWhile researching this post on Thomas Jefferson I ran across a quote from John Adams that made me think of the polarization of the United States and talk of the impending battle over the Supreme Court.
“Democracy… while it lasts is more bloody than either aristocracy or monarchy. Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.”
